This park can honestly be considered a mini-Yellowstone. All four types of volcanoes are displayed here and there are plenty of thermal features here, but no geysers. Those visiting Lassen Volcanic will quickly realize that the comparisons to our first park sort of end there. Not many travelers seem to have this place on their map, which is exactly why you should.
